My 5 month old has been waking up every single hour like clock work all night long. We started solids about a half month ago. Shes had no issues with any foods, shes not hungry... she just wakes up and needs help falling back asleep. Even her naps during the day are exactly one sleep cycle at 45 min to a science My son is just shy of 5 months and has, for about the last month and a half been waking up a lot at night.
